B.sc/HND in Building /Civil Engineering (Coren is an added advantage)
Experience
Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in Building, Civil engineering, construction management e.t.c
Skill and competencies
Familiar with trends in building and construction industry
Competent in site Organization
Knowledge and application of project/construction tools.
Process/cost management

Job summary
We Plan, design, and oversee construction of infrastructure projects such as buildings, water supply, and renovation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
Supervise project, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and construction timelines.
Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
Consult with client representatives as directed by the management to determine functional and spatial requirements of a structure.
Plan layout of project with options for management and client decision –review working drawings for site usage.
Conduct periodic on –site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Administer construction contract in conjunction with management.
Conduct daily/periodic on site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Administer daily work schedules towards total delivery of the project.
Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among company team members.
Maintain project calendar and milestones.
Interact with the company architect and other team members on the particular project.
Establish project’s feedback channels to follow for continual refinement of tool and process.
Manage, supervise and control multiple projects through project life cycle.
